The official 'big cheese' - when it comes to Arran Active only one person knows it inside out...our owner and MD: Andrew. You'll normally find Andrew working hard to bring you the latest and greatest equipment but don't be surprised to find him mucking in around the store.

Operations Director
If you can prize Richard away from the sea, you’ll often find him working on our next big ‘thing’. Putting Andrew’s plans into action he’s our go to man for getting things done in the business. Outside of the Arran Active Richard can normally be found teaching scuba diving around the island.

Rita never fails to surprise us with new routes and adventures from across Arran. On her days off you’ll likely find her running or climbing some distant peak around the island. When not out on an adventure she will be cuddling her cute cats, and during work hours Rita heads up our warehouse operation.
